"Built Ford Tough."
"Just Do It."

"Have It Your Way."
"Gives you Wings."
"Opportunity / Strength / Miracles. What We Deliver By Delivering."
You have probably heard some or all of these taglines before. They are listed as some of the best advertising taglines in history. They all have something in common. They all project strength and power. They are designed to make you think that with their product, you can accomplish your desire. They are meant to inspire and instill pride.
The world and fallen mankind look at pride as a good thing, however, it originated and is promoted by Satan. Scripture says pride goes before destruction.
This is ultimately Satan's goal for you, and because of pride he will not stop.
People stand up and profess strength. They thumb their nose at God and dare Him to do something as they live in sin. They simply forget that there will come a time, when everyone will bow their knee in reverence, and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!
The problem is that, if you wait until after death to do this for the first time, it will be too late.
Many people think they are acting strongly and in power, against the Lord, by refusing to cry out to Him. However, in reality they are not standing strong at all. They are instead, bowing to the pressure of their peers, who are controlled by Satan.
In Scripture we see an example of two men who refused to succumb to the pressure of the crowd. They instead continued to beg and plead for Jesus' mercy.
Matthew 20:30-31 NASB95 And two blind men sitting by the road, hearing that Jesus was passing by, cried out, “Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!” The crowd sternly told them to be quiet, but they cried out all the more, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
The world would say they were weak because they cried out, but the world is wrong. Satan and his world are just upset that they wouldn't surrender to them.
The truths found in scripture are clear:
True strength is found in meekness.
True power is found in humility.
True healing is found in faith.
True Mercy is found in Jesus Christ.
True Grace is found in the Father.
True Peace is found in the Holy Spirit.
The True and only Way to the Father and Eternal Life is by the Salvation of Jesus.
True victory is found only in true and complete surrender to Jesus.
No matter how much the crowd says stop, we must make sure we never stop crying out to Jesus!
It is the only way we will see clearly.
