Jude 1:24 NASB95 — Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy,

Jude points to the only one capable of sustaining you in righteousness. In this verse, he doesn't mention His name, but he will in the next. Jude says, "to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord." So Jude gives praise to the only one who has the ability to guide you away from trip hazards. He gives praise to the only one who will provide the Christian with stability when Satan attacks. He gives praise to the only one we can give credit to when we succeed in noticing and avoiding a sin that would hinder our spiritual growth. Oh, we could take the credit ourselves, but then we have just tripped over sin and refused the help of Jesus. He is the one who still desires for us to be living in righteousness.

In the Salvation life, while we are still in the flesh, we have to walk on a road that Satan is the road commissioner of. He loves to through temptations in front of us so our view is distracted from the giant pot hole ahead. Jesus walks alongside you, telling you to pay attention and to follow Him to safety. When your temptations don't work, because you are so close to Jesus, that He steadies you and helps you avoid your temptation, then Satan will change his tactics. He then attempts to use the trips, falls, and stumbles of your loved ones and friends so that you might stop listening to Jesus and instead, go help them. Never forget the best way to help a loved one or friend is not to go to them but to bring them to you as you continue to remain with Jesus.

You MUST REMAIN WITH JESUS, because, He who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, is the only one who can save!

The road to God the Father for you and your loved ones is bumpy but Jesus is the only one who is capable of keeping you on your feet steady and in His Glory all the Way to Eternity.

Praise Jesus!

Love Bro. Scott
