Johnnie Cochran became a well-known person when he defended OJ Simpson. After that trial, many famous people sought him as their lawyer. We have all heard of Perry Mason and Ben Matlock famous TV lawyers. They were the best of the best (at least on their TV shows). All politicians today need top-notch lawyers because of the crookedness in politics. A normal person cannot afford these types of lawyers to defend them. So what are we to do when the world comes attacking us? I have the answer. There is one who has never nor will ever lose a case and He is ready to stand for us at no charge. Simply because His Son paid the fees. Our text today says. ‭Proverbs 22:23 For the Lord will plead their case And take the life of those who rob them.

He is not just a lawyer but He is a JUST Judge. He is also the Enforcer of His verdict. There is no appeal His verdict is final. He stands to take on the case of every poor person so they can have real wealth. (Real wealth is treasures in Heaven). He stands to take on the case of the afflicted. These are the ones who are guilty of sin. ‭Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

All that is needed for Him to take your case is for you to truly receive the gift of His son who paid your sin debt. You will be found guilty and forgiven. He never loses because He is Righteous, Holy, Just, and Forgiving. Every case is decided on these merits.
