Matthew 20:11-12 NASB1995 When they received it, they grumbled at the landowner, saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the scorching heat of the day.’

A landowner visited the town multiple times during the day, and each time, he found people to work in his field during the harvest. At the end of the day, he paid each a day's wages. Those who had worked only an hour and those who worked all day received the same. Those who had worked all day were upset because they felt they should receive more. However, the landowner explained to them. That they had received a full day's wages. He had not shorted them at all. The owner was gracious with his money.

This landowner is a picture of Jesus. He gives all to everyone. No matter if you come to Jesus early in life or late. No matter if you are seen as someone who is good by the world or someone who is seen as bad by the world. Jesus sees us all as in need of His mercy and grace and He gives to all abundantly. Jesus has perfect vision because as Scripture says each of us has fallen short of God's glory. Either you have hit the mark of God's glory or you have missed the mark. There is no in-between. According to Scripture none of us has hit the mark. Therefore we must thank Jesus that He has offered abundant mercy and grace through His blood. He didn't shed a drop for me and a gallon for you. Jesus gave His all for all! If you came to Christ early in life you got all of Jesus' mercy and grace. If you came to Christ in the middle of life you received all of the abundance of Jesus' mercy and grace. If you came to Christ late in life you have received all of the abundance of Jesus' mercy and grace. Praise the Lord if you haven't come to Him yet, you can now, and receive ALL of His abundance of mercy and grace. Don't wait because you might wait too long. He offers ALL to all who come to Him! However, just like the workers for those who didn't come they received nothing. Don't find out that you waited until the day is over.

Come to Jesus Now and rest assured in ALL of Him! Mercy and Grace, Jesus offers all to all!

Love Bro. Scott
