‭Mark 2:17 And hearing this, Jesus *said to them, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick; I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Do you need a doctor? The answer is sometimes. When you are physically sick you might need a doctor. Almost everybody agrees on this.

Do you need a Savior? The answer is yes. ‭Romans 3:10 as it is written, “There is none righteous, not even one.

On this, many would argue. Yet the scripture is clear. It says not one. There is none who are righteous this means all are sinners and in need of a Savior. Jesus came for this very reason. To call sinners to the Father through Him the only Savior. There is a song that asks a question that shows how awesome the love of God is that He would step down from His throne to save a wretch like me. Listen to the words.

How many kings step down from their thrones?

How many lords have abandoned their homes?

How many greats have become the least?

How many gods have poured out their hearts

To romance a world that is torn all apart?

How many fathers gave up their sons for me?

Only one did that for me.

There is only one who willingly and boldly paid the ULTIMATE price. There is only one CAPABLE of redeeming mankind from their sins. There is only one who FASTED from heaven for 33 years to FAST from God on the cross, so you would never have to. This is why there is only ONE WAY to the Father. Because only ONE CAME TO CALL SINNERS. Why would only one do that? Because there is only ONE GOD.

He came to bring you (a sinner) to the Father. Will you go with Him? Righteousness is an attribute of God only and God Alone can save. Jesus came because none are righteous but He will impute His righteousness on you if you will FOLLOW HIM!

Only ONE (JESUS) did that for me and you.

Love Bro. Scott
