Colossians 4:4 NASB95 that I may make it clear in the way I ought to speak.

The Gospel is extremely simple, yet throughout time, man in pride has attempted to complicate it.

Romans 6:23 NASB95 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Every man has sinned. Have you ever told a lie, took something that wasn't yours, or desired something belonging to another person? If you are guilty of sin even just a single sin. This scripture tells us we deserve death. Death is being eternally separated from God.

But,

God offers a gift to all. That free gift is eternal life. Life in the presence of God. This gift was paid for in Christ Jesus our Lord. He died in our place. Because of this, we are offered God's grace of life if we will just place our faith in Jesus.

It is so simple. If we take something simple and make it complicated so that people don't understand it, then we have become a stumbling block.

God did not send us to be stumbling blocks but to make disciples.

So just go and simply share the simple message of the free gift of God.

Pray daily, Lord, help me, that I may make it clear in the way I ought to speak.

This is our goal or it should be!

Love Bro. Scott
