Romans 10:11-12 NASB1995 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;

The Scripture - God's very own spoken word, breathed from His mouth, professing His Son, useful in all ways, always good, and full of truth. 2 Timothy 3:16 NASB1995 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;

John 17:17 NASB1995 Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.

Whoever, is translated from the Greek word (pas) meaning totality. Full and complete. A total of all with nothing left out. When scripture (which is spoken by God and fully true) says "whoever believes", it means the total of ALL WHO BELIEVE! There is not a single person who believes that is left out!

That belief must be in Him.

Him is referring back to the subject. So we go back and find in Romans 10:9 NASB1995 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;

Him refers to Jesus. The one who breathed scripture.

Will not be disappointed means the promise will happen. Once again verse 9 says, "that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;"

Will not be disappointed, because the SCRIPTURE is true. Salvation is available to WHOEVER BELIEVES.

For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek. God, knowing that He made from one man all nations, sees all men equal at the foot of the cross. He can make children of Abraham from stones just like He formed Adam from the dust of the ground. All are sinners in need of a Savior.

The same Lord is Lord of all. There is but one Lord and He is Lord of everyone. No one lives apart from God! You might deny Him but your breath proclaims Him.

Abounding in riches for all who call on Him!

YAHWEH is the creator of all and, as Creator, the sovereign owner of creation. He desires to share His totality of riches to all who call (give testimony) on Him.

For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;
