Psalms 102:12 NASB1995 But You, O Lord, abide forever, And Your name to all generations.

This is our Lord!

O Lord. Meaning self existent. God needs nothing to exist. He is supreme and sovereign. His name is YHWH. The early Jews refused to pronounce it in fear they might say it wrong. YHWH the sound of breath, the existence of life. He needs no one. Yet in His existence He alone is Holy. Unlike all others for there are no others. All power, All knowledge, All time is in His hand.

Therefore, He abides forever, He has no beginning nor will He ever have an end. Eternity is His home and time is a creation inside eternity. He is sovereign, and even time is at His beck and call. All creation has a beginning. Parts of creation will pass away, and cease to exist. Our soul, however, will never end. We are everlasting, (Having a beginning but no end). Yet God has neither. Therefore, He is eternal and not part of creation. He abides forever.

His name, YHWH, will be in all generations.

He is life. Life and its breath are in Him and were breathed into us. Genesis 2:7 NASB1995 Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

We are made in the image of God. Genesis 1:26 NASB1995 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Until Jesus God incarnate comes again. Revelation 22:16 NASB1995 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star.”

Confess Him to all generations.

Revelation 22:20 NASB1995 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

But You, O Lord, (YHWH) abide forever, And Your name (Jesus) (YHWH provides Salvation) to all generations.
