Psalms 111:7 NASB1995 The works of His hands are truth and justice; All His precepts are sure.

God never ceases to amaze me. When I am broken and feel as if I can't even stand, He straightens my knees, and He stiffens my back. When I feel as if I can't hold it together He fastens me so I can not fall apart. When my voice quivers He steadies it. He is truly an amazing God.

Nothing He does is false it is always true. He will never lead or guide us anywhere that He is not there to do His work through us. He will not give us any word that is not absolute because He is an absolute God. We are held in His hands and the work of His hands are Truth.

The works of His hands are also just. Even when He uses the lost to correct His children, He is just in so doing. When His chosen people refused to be obedient to His word He corrected and chastised them by the hand of the Babylonians. Then, in the presence of His chosen people, the heathens of Babylon heard the word of God. Yet in their refusal, they were destroyed; in all of this, He showed Truth and Justice from His hand. Nothing has changed today. He is still just as amazing. He is still today handing out truth and justice. When we feel as if we are receiving punishment that we don't deserve, then we can look upon Him and see our iniquities. When we do this we will realize the truth that we are not worthy of His mercy and grace. However, as we see that "All His precepts are sure," we can know that forgiveness is offered. His precepts (laws, commands, promises, and words) are sure. This means they are unchanging. They are unwavering. They are set or written in stone by the finger of God.

He loves us enough to correct us when we are wrong, and He uses many different sources, from His word to the prophets, and even using the lost. He also loves us and offers forgiveness, mercy, and grace, paid for in atonement, fulfilling justice by His Son the Truth

God never ceases to amaze me. He is totally unchanging. Willing to use the least like me to hand out who He is to all who will listen and surrender and follow Him.

The works of His hands are truth and justice; All His precepts are sure.

That is who God is!
