‭Romans 10:11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.”

What a powerful verse. There is NOTHING in this world that will not at some point disappoint you. I have great friends who have disappointed me. I have three wonderful children yet at times they have disappointed me. I have the perfect wife for me and yet she has disappointed me before. I have had multiple Pastors over my 54 years and each one has disappointed me at some time or another. Yet worse than this I know I have disappointed every one of them more times than I can count. It is just a fact of life in this fallen world and in this sinful flesh. Being disappointed is never fun and it usually hurts both physically and emotionally. Isn't it great to know that there is an assurance that you can have ONE THING, ONE PERSON who will NEVER disappoint you? Jesus can be trusted to do absolutely everything His word tells us He will do! If you will truly believe (place your faith) in Him you WILL receive His promise of eternal life. Because Jesus has never and will never disappoint we know we can trust the Truth of His words which also give us the other side of faith. When we don't truly believe and place our complete faith in Him then eternal punishment will be our outcome. ‭Matthew 25:41 “Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels. And in verse 46, These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

He will not disappoint you. If you choose to put your faith in Him then He will give you eternal life. He will also not disappoint you if you choose not to place your faith in Him and deny Him. To you, He will give your desire of eternal hell. It is amazingly great to know that you truly have a chance to believe in and worship a God who has never, nor ever will disappoint those who trust in Him! Love Bro. Scott
