Job 41:11 NASB95 “Who has given to Me that I should repay him? Whatever is under the whole heaven is Mine.

What have you given to God? Think hard, and come up with something you have given to God that He hasn't provided for you.

What have you done for God that required your hard work? Think hard, and come up with something that you have worked so hard for to give to God that He hasn't given you the strength to do

What have you given up for God? Think hard, and come up with something that you have sacrificed for God that He didn't in some way provide to enable you to sacrifice it.

There is a phrase we use in English and we take it completely out of context. That phrase is "I deserve". It is usually followed with something good. It means we have done something deserving of good.

I have said before, "If I do something good, give God the Glory because He is responsible. When I do something bad blame me because I am responsible."

This is probably one of the best statements I have ever made because it comes from the truth of scripture and therefore is from God.

We, have, do, and deserve, nothing good, therefore, there is nothing good we can offer God apart from the good He administers to us.

That is returning, not giving.

The answer to His question is nothing!

Job 41:11 NASB95 “Who has given to Me that I should repay him? Whatever is under the whole heaven is Mine.

We are not owed but owned!

Keep that in mind the next time you think, but I deserve!

Love Bro. Scott
